Chances are less that you will be granted admission to a course of BSc CS with 47% marks in your HSC exam, since most colleges demand an aggregate of at least 50-60% in the Science stream for admission to a BSc Computer Science course.

Yes, Here are few colleges which I will suggest you to study B.Sc Computer Science for 1 year before moving to Germany for a Bachelor's degree in Banglore :
Since you are applying for German universities, Mostly German Universities do no except transfer of credits from most of the colleges so first you have to check for that . For the time being
1) IISc Banglore is the only college where German Universities accept the transfer of credits .
But there should be no entrance exam so there are no colleges in Banglore where you can pursue B.Sc one year and then move to Germany.

Hello, you should go with government University with private college which is affiliated with government University. A good private college provide best facilities & good faculty & also very good % of placements. And you gets a government University degree with private college.
