Traditional universities like IIT Bombay or BITS Pilani offer huge residential campuses with thousands of students. Illinois Tech Mumbai is a more niche, urban center focused on professional and technical growth. It has a smaller intake of only 120 students for the BSc program. This means you get much more personal time with faculty compared to a crowded state university. It feels more like a professional training hub than a typical sprawling college campus with hundreds of clubs and sports.
