Yes, you are eligible there will be a little deduction IN percentage for stream change if after that your percentage matches to the cut off you can go ahead with that.

You just have to pass your class 12th with the minimum marks 55% from any stream. And the admission is based on the merit list. so you have to score best in your class 12th.

nope. students with b sc are not eligible to take part in any masters in technology program be it from any university they come from. it is exclusively for b tech students and not for bsc. best of luck.
