B.Sc Forestry

To pursue BSc Forestry in Tamil Nadu, the eligibility criteria are:

• Candidates must have completed their 10+2 or equivalent examination with at least 50% marks in aggregate.
• They must also have studied Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Botany, and Mathematics or BSc0 as main subjects in their 10+2.

Additionally, candidates who have completed their BSc in any subject with at least 50% marks in aggregate and have studied the above-mentioned subjects as main subjects in their graduation can also apply.

The following are the common entrance exams accepted by BSc Forestry Colleges in Tamil Nadu:

• ICAR AIEEA: All India Entrance Examination for Admisison is a national-level entrance exam conducted by Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) for admission to UG, PG and PhD courses in Agricultural Universities.
• OUAT: Odisha University of Agriculture and Technology is a state-level entrance examination for admission to UG and PG level colleges in MSc,8  Horticulture, MSc, Science and Animal Husbandry, UPCATET Engineering and Technology,  Fishery Science,  UPCATET0 Science and MSc,8 etc. 
• MCAER CET: Maharashtra Council of Agricultural Education and Research Common Entrance Test is a state level examination conducted by Maharashtra Agriculture Universities Examination Board (MAUEB) for admissions to BSc, MSc, UPCATET3 Narendra MSc,7 ICAR UPCATET6 OUATTo etc.
• UPCATET: Uttar Pradesh Combined Agriculture Technology Entrance Test is a state level entrance examination for admissions at  ICAR Shekhar Azad University of Agriculture & Technology,  UPCATET Vallabhbhai Patel University of Agriculture and Technology, Narendra Deva University of Agriculture and Technology, Banda University of Agriculture and Technology, etc.
