Of course, you can pursue your MSc degree a few or even more years after you have completed your BSc, it's just that you might need to brush up on your old concepts in order to avoid facing difficulty in the coursework. In case you want to crack an entrance exam of an elite college, then too you will have to study your BSc syllabus beforehand.
