As for the last year you need to find out the subject in which you have to do specialisation as the main stream in which you want your bachelors degree and it is compulsory for the completion of your Bachelors degree.

One of the great institutes for this course is Regional Institute of Education. You can get admission in this college by appearing and qualifying the RIE CEE entrance exam. Otherwise you can also pursue this degree in some other self financing courses.

And B.Com applicants are required to have at least 45% marks or equivalent grade from any recognised university or institute. Selection will be done on the basis of marks secured in the qualifying examination; I. e, the Class 12th exam. As for vocational courses, candidates must have passed 10+2 with 45% marks in the concerned subject for B.Sc.
