B.Sc. Is an honours degree, BCA is a Bachelor of computer application degree software based and B tech is engineering degree so always B.Tech is the best but BCA is not bad at all.

Dear aspirant, The Railway Recruitment Board conducts multiple RRB exams, such as RRB NTPC RRB Group D RRB JE etc. , to select candidates for different posts in the railway units. For Group C (Technical and Non-Technical) posts, the recruitment is handled by RRBs, and RRCs are given the responsibility of conducting exams for Group D recruitment. The eligibility criteria vary according to post, and for the post of RRB Group D it is as follows:
Age range: 18 to 33 years. Educational Qualification: Class 10 pass plus National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) granted by the National Council for Vocational Training or Class 10 pass plus ITI.

Being a Central University, The fee structure is very nominal. The B.Sc. (Hons) Chemistry fee is about Rs 7380 per year.

It directly depends on the college and their structure but according to me, the semester fees can be submitted in installments also and the fees for BSc is around INR 10,000 to INR 3.5 Lakhs and you can pay the per semester fees in installments, it all depends upon you.

You don't really have to write 12th exam if you possess education qualification of 10+3yr Diploma+ UG degree from an valid University. And yes you can appear in government exam with your qualifications.
