Also, if a candidate is promoted without a mark sheet then he/she can submit the promotion Certificate with the details of the subjects taken in that semester/year to evaluate the MEQ requirements for admission to a specific programme. Candidates who are pursuing the qualifying examination have to submit proof of passing the qualifying examination to the admitting institute by Sep 30, 2023.
