Dear aspirant, Professor Jayashankar Telangana State Agricultural University (PJTSAU) offers UG, PG & Ph.D. degree programs under various faculty members such as Agriculture, SEED Technology, Agricultural Engineering and Home Science at its main campus (Rajendranagar) & constituent colleges located in Telangana. The minimum eligibility for UG admission at PJTSAU is the candidate should have passed 10+2 examination from a recognised board. For admission to PG courses, a candidate must possess Bachelors degree in the relevant discipline from a recognised university. Candidates should submit the application forms along with the required fee in the form of Demand Draft (DD). For UG courses, the candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in the TS EAMCET conducted annually by the Department of Higher Education of the Government of Telangana. Selection to PG & Ph.D. programs will be done on the basis of marks obtained in the entrance test conducted by ICAR on all India basis.

The university is accredited by both the University Grants Commission (UGC) and the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR). The entire university consists of 5 libraries other than the University Library. The library is well digitalized and contains various genres of books including reference books, research books, journals
The library is provided with a full-speed internet facility which helps the students to browse faster and get the required information in a short period of time. The university consist of computer lab which is well-equipped with the latest technology. The university has a separate placement cell which will guide the students to improve their skills and give them the ability to face the real world and solve the problem. The university also arranges for the seminar and other activities to bring out the best in the students which helps to identify the eligible students to get placed. Many agricultural companies have visited the campus and recruit the eligible candidates.
