I'm sorry, but it is not possible to pursue an integrated M.Sc+B.Sc course in India as it is a contradictory combination. B.Sc is an undergraduate course, while M.Sc is a postgraduate course.

There are many entrance exams for B.Sc. Nursing for top universities like CMC B.Sc. Nursing Entrance (CBT), CUET AFMC, JIPMER, NEET NIMHANS etc. But there are some private colleges that give direct admission to PCB students with 60% in 12th like Abhay College of nursing, Bangalore, MS Ramaiah nursing college, Vydehi Institute of nursing, RV nursing college etc.

You can go for higher studies like B.Ed. M.Sc. Etc. Or you can directly apply for the job of interest. You can also prepare for government job exams having graduation as minimum eligibility. At last, it completely depends upon your choice of interest.
