Yes, it is possible for you to do a M.Sc. Industrial Psychology or Human Resource Psychology after a B.Sc. Computer Svience Bachelor's. But in recent days many good colleges have a basic criteria of having a compulsory Bachelor's in Psychology to join M.Sc. Psychology programme. Where as the above mentioned courses have a little relaxed criteria. Depending on why your doing you can choose your mode of education. If it is only for knowledge purpose then even a distance education course will suffice (as it doesn't have enough contact hours and no proper training in practical aspects).
