I think colleges select students on the basis of merit of previous exam, so if you will get selected, then definitely you can take admission.

Yes, You can give the NEET exam while in your graduation. If you got selected and got a medical college then you just have to get a migration out of your B.Sc. Course and submit it to the medical college you get.
