You can pursue B.Ed for sure! The only eligibility for B.Ed is
First, You must have done Bachelor's degree in any stream from a recognised university. Second, Minimum of 50% marks in Bachelor's degree is required. You are free to select any specialisation of your interest.

Ofcourse, spectacles are allowed!
But you need to keep this in my mind too
Corrected vision should be 6/6 in better eye and 6/9 in worse eye, with maximum residual refraction of + 1.50 in any meridian for myopia or hypemetropia. The LASIK and / or PRK can be permitted in Armed Force Medical College (AFMC), Pune at entry level for candidates above the age of 20 years.

The minimum qualification for CDS is graduation in any of the stream/course. Also, B.Sc. In Mathematics is completely theoretical, if you are thinking that what you'll study in graduation will help you in CDS examination, well this is not the case. The syllabus for both is completely different.
