The institute has also opened its B.Sc. In Programming and Data Science programme to class 11, 12, and working executives (taking break from their career). This will provide school students an opportunity to secure a seat at IIT Madras while still in school. Candidates selected for admissions will attend 4 weeks of training, including video lectures, assignments, discussions and live interactions. There is no seat limitation for the programme. Cutoff for ST/SC is about 30%, OBC 45%, general 40%.

No, BSc in Audiology and Speech Language Pathology does not require MET exam.

Only the following courses require the MET exam:

Health Science: Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm), Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD), BSc Biotechnology, BSc Nursing, All Allied Health Programs requires MET exam. Science, Technology & Management: All Bachelor of Technology (BTech) programs, Integrated M.Sc. (Mathematics and Computing), All Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) programs requires MET exam.

You must have passed your 12th from Science stream with an equivalent of 50% or above in subjects of Physics, Chemistry and Biology apart from that, you may require to pass certain entrance exams depending upon the college you want to get admitted to.

B.Sc. Does not considered is very tough even in mathematics because we have engineering courses too. If you regularly follow the classes and practice the problems then B.Sc. In mathematics would not be tough for you. As per the sources or experts say It depends upon the capability of your efforts on the stream you choose and it doesn't matter whether you choose private or government is not required.
