Dear Brindha
Yes you can do B.Sc. Course after completing your Diploma in electronics, however most of the colleges gibes admission to B.Sc. College on the basis of 10+2 score, you need to directly contact with the college or check the official website for qualification criteria. Thank You!

B.Sc MLT Course Registration form of target college. Admission is done based on the entrance examination of a college or based on merit. Must have PCB/ PCMB as the subjects in the 12th. Students must have scored a minimum of 55% marks and 45% for category students. Thank You!

You can apply to it and for that you have to go through one entrance exam 40% marks obtain in that exam and 60% merit list in reference to B.Sc. Marks. Thank You!

Rs 60000 per year tution fee so maybe fifth semester fee around 30,000 or try to contact that college personally for clearance.
