No, you need not have to appear in AIPMT or NEET for admission into B.Sc. Cardiology.

You can pursue B.Sc. In Cardio Technology, however in order to pursue Cardiology, you first need to pursue your MBBS and then pursue your MD degree. I hope this information helps. Please feel free to revert. Wish you luck.
