The basic eligibility criterion for pursuing B.Sc. (Information Technology) degree is qualifying 10+2 or equivalent examination in Science stream with maths, physics and chemistry as subjects studied and with a minimum of 50% marks secured in Maths and/or in aggregate from a recognised board of the country. If you meet the above requirements, you can take admission in any college in India.

Yes, you can pursue B.Sc physics. B.Sc physics is an undergraduate programme, the minimum eligibility for which is an intermediate 10+2 in science with physics, chemistry, mathematics/biology and English as compulsory subjects.
