Yes, you are eligible for CTET now as the court has clarified that a candidate can give the exam in any semester/year.

You can appear for all PSC exams where the requirement is just a Bachelor's. Other than that, you can give bank exams as well.

I see that you have not studied maths in 12th. Hence, your admission would depend on the college policies or university admission guidelines. Most of the colleges offering economics courses require students to have a maths background.
