It is not possible (legally and academically also) to jump the years in graduation. No matter what your previous qualifications were, you have to start your graduation from the 1 semester in 1st year.

As I can see you have pursued science in your PUC or +2. You have a lot of options to choose from and degree is a three-year programme of study which gives you in-depth knowledge about a particular subject and area of study, and science students have options like BAMS or any other medical course and engineering which is quite popular after PUC.
