Well, you can't opt for any branch in B.Sc because it is allowed only after PUC (Science) and commerce students are not allowed to do it. But you can pursue the same in B.Com.

I think you are not eligible, because the basic eligibility criteria demands for at least 50%, so you are not eligible for BTC or B.Ed.

Yes, you can do B.Sc in IT in lateral entry scheme where you will be in 2 year directly. So, only by spending 2 years, you will be completing your B.Sc degree.
