Don't get confused. After completing B.Sc in Physics, if you are interested in Masters, then IITs are best. There is an entrance exam i.e. IIT JAM you can apply for that exam.

If you want to choose the best college, then choose a college whose reputation is best, they should conduct more and more practical related to that subjects. For eg. when you are working with number of different animals and studying different topics, you almost certainly won't get bored. A university that offers large emphasis on field work. Which means, less time coped with lectures and more time with animals. Some best college like:-
1) Miami University in Oxford.
2) University of Cambridge.
3) University of California, Los Angeles
4) Loyola College, Chennai
5) ST. Stephen College, New Delhi
6) Hindu college, Amritsar.
