Since, you belong to Science stream but preferring Civil Services. So, I would recommend you to go for BA Hons History from any reputed university across India, since I am also a History graduate from University of Delhi, but not aspiring for Civil Services. Taking History will be very helpful, though you can take political Science as well. For civil engineering, you must have a good knowledge of mechanics. So, you must opt for physics and mathematics. In addition, for concrete technology, you need some knowledge of chemistry. If you are interested in subjects such as biology and chemistry, you can go for environmental engineering which is a sub-branch of civil engineering. In summary, you are expected to have a good knowledge of mathematics (mainly differentiation, integration and binomial theorem) and physics (mechanics, elasticity, circular motion, Newton's laws of motion, etc. ).

There is no particular subject for IAS. But, B.Sc, or BBA should be the choice. But again, you should have a backup plan. If you see according to backup plan then B.Tech will be the best. It all depends upon your interest.

Just two steps are required. If you have decided the Master's degree look for its eligibility criteria and then choose your Bachelor's degree. Secondly, you may check the course structure of both courses and choose that makes more sense to you.

Definitely, not a bad option for a highly paid career in animation, though animation is a specialized area, you need to be creative if you wish to stick to the field. A Post graduation Diploma will definitely enhance and may further broaden your job prospects. Your learning in IT would also help you prosper in the animation and multimedia field as they both are somewhat related as animation & multimedia also requires use of software.
