Usually, you have around 3-4 months gap after your last B.Sc exam and the commencement of M.Sc programs. As your B.Sc program is running late, you might miss a part of your admission but you will get admission if you are eligible. As the program is running late, you can request the institute to give you provisional admission to M.Sc (as you are likely to get the final result also late).
You can take a letter from college authorities and submit it for M.Sc admission.

You first need to go for M.Sc in maths and then while doing M.Sc, you can take CSIR UGC NET exam held every year and details of it, you can get from the official website. You can also go for integrated Ph.D.
