Yes, B.Sc in Computer Science is a good course, you get to study many new subjects which are in demand now-a-days for example- Artificial Intelligence, Machine learning etc. It is a three year course and as it is an undergraduate course you have to pursue some specialization course after it. Hi, every year lacs and lacs of students go abroad for higher studies after their Bachelor's degree without having to do another Bachelor's. The admission requirements are pretty different from university to university so you have to check them before applying. Countries such as US and Canada prefer a four year Bachelor's degree, in this case you can complete the first year of a M.Sc course in India. Similarly, requirements vary elsewhere.

Yes, you can pursue the course. Kindly check the eligibility as below.
Candidate must have passed Diploma/ Graduation from a recognized board/ college/ university.
Or,
Candidate must have passed 10+2 from a recognized board and must have 2 years of working experience.
Or,
Candidate must have secured minimum 60% marks in Fire and Safety 6 months course (only for students studying under Continuing Education Program of Government Polytechnic, Mumbai).
