No, there is no free platform to earn a degree. You can however get admission in a college and apply for Scholarship. Also, there is no course completely online. You can study online but you will have to give paper on a center. Try IGNOU. Contact them and they will guide you better.

Both are good in their own. Being in Galgotias University, one thing I can tell you that the School of Nursing is excellent here. It bridges the gap between theory and practice by providing highly effective instructional modes and also they have the state-of-the-art-labs and clinical facilities. I would suggest you to visit both the universities. Then decide one for you.
