Hello Utkarsh,
You will be completing your Diploma in mechanical engineering and after this you are seeking admission for B.Sc. Nautical. Many Institutions accept Diploma as equivalent to 12th exa. If this is the case with your intended institution then definitely you can seek admission for B.Sc. In nautical Sciences. However if they insist on 12th and if you have started Diploma after 10th then I am afraid you are in a difficult situation. In view of this I will advise you approach your intended institution by email or have a look at their webpage to see if they treat Diploma as equivalent to 12th and then take appropriate action. Bes

Yes, you can become TGT maths if you had maths as a subject in your graduation and at +2 level.

Hello,
It seems that you need to drop your B.Sc Degree, so as to repeat your class 12th Science. Make a wise decision, if you are determined to improve your class 12th scores. Otherwise, sailing in two boats at a single time will not let you lend anywhere.

You can opt for Masters in Chemistry and after which you choose to go for Ph.D, in case you are interested in research field. Generally, after Masters in Chemistry, Ph.D and cracking NET/JRF, you will preferably get a job as a professor in a nice and good college. Also another career option after B.Sc. You need to appear for the entrance exam conducted by the University which is OUCET. The details of the exam are as below.

Minimum Eligibility to Apply is that you need to clear your Graduation with minimum 40% marks and other additional details are the mandatory course: B.Sc( Zoology) which you must have as this is the basic eligibility to apply for M.Sc in Zoology.
Admissions
Admission is through counselling based on the marks obtained in Osmania University Common Entrance Test(OUCET).
