Maths honors have many papers like, mathematical, physics for which you can refer mathematical physics by HK Das integral and differential calculus. There is book by Shanti Narayan, linear algebra and abstract algebra you can refer PN Arora and ML Khanna. These are good books to refer.

You are already doing your B.Sc. Why do you want to spend time in doing a course in aeronautical engineering? There are almost no jobs in this sector. I would like to advise you that please go for PG in your subject of B.Sc. It will fetch you better job.

Firstly, concentrate on your NCERT books, as you do not need any complex practice for this test. Once you are done with your NCERTs start with reference books, concentrate on the questions do not waste time with the theory.
