B.Sc animation and VFX are 3 years' duration courses.
Bachelor of Design (B.Des) course in animation is a 4-year course. The four years course includes 2D, 3D, VFX, etc. The difference between the two degrees is that the B.Des course is not only 1 year more but offers usually an international syllabus, which is completely focused on Animation only. Few of the top colleges are Artemisia College of Art & Design, MIT, Pune, NID, Ahmedabad (the top in the country), etc.
While selecting college, consider factors such as the fee, whether the faculty has animation industry experience or not, whether the college has facilities such as its own

Yes, you can. There are some universities offering M.Sc. Geology to those students who did not have Geology at B.Sc. level.
Banglore university.

Hello,
Yes, you can go with these subjects since only physics and chemistry are compulsory. 3rd subject can be either biology/agriculture/maths.

Yes, you can definitely apply for SCIT.
SCIT provides MBA in ITBM, MBA in DSDA, Executive MBA program and PGP-ITBM.Candidates appearing for Final Year Bachelor's Degree Examination may apply but their admission will be subject to obtaining a minimum of 50%marks (45% for SC/ST).
