Sorry to say, MBA HR and MBA Operations has no connection with your Bachelor's degree. If you are interested to pursue MBA then there are some specializations that would be helpful for you I.e MBA in Oil & Gas management, MBA in Disaster Management, MBA in Safety Management, MBA in Fire & Industrial Safety.

It will be tough but if you have luck in your side, then who knows. If not, then there are several private colleges and universities. Yes, they are much expensive also. And another thing you can do is first do diploma, then B.Sc. Make the best choice.
