Hi,
It basically depends on you and your interest area. Firstly, I want to say that please complete Masters after graduation. Because in every field you need a Masters degree. You will also join courses in management, teaching, research, finance/banking, media, corporate communications, retail, hospitality etc. You can also take the Civil Services as well as the Indian Forest Service Exams with Physical Science as one of the papers in the Mains examination. The scope is good in future for B.Sc-physical Science Electronics. After some experience, you will earn good pay scale.
Good luck.
