I will suggest to go for Master degree, it will help to understand subject in depth. In addition, it will give you a number of options for your future. In fact, B.Ed is not required for joining teaching in higher classes at university level.

You should pursue B.Sc physical science from Dyal Singh College. Dyal Singh college was ranked 8th by NIRF in 2017 in all India and it's a good choice.

You should go for Master's course in the same field. Then you can get a good job in any company. You have another option that is MBA which is widely demanding field. You can opt for one of both the courses.
