You belong to biology background so firstly, B.Sc genetics and biotechnology is better for you but if you have interest in future technology and software development then you should go for BCA.

Most of the job prospects for forensic scientists are in the government sector, particularly in various law enforcement agencies such as police, the legal system and the investigative services of the central government and state governments. However, some private agencies too offer job opportunities to those who have some qualification in the field. A major chunk of trained forensic scientists are hired by the Intelligence Bureau (IB), the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), etc. Another interesting career, rather the most attractive option for forensic scientists is teaching in institutes which impart education in forensic Science.

I shall suggest that Civil Services Examination of any state or the Central Civil Serviced exams taken by UPSC demand expertise of the highest level. Taking a course in Graduation shall do great help or may hurt your preparation. I shall suggest that, because of the general awareness subject's importance, B.Sc Hind may give less burden. Take a stream which gives more time for preparation.
