Passed Senior Secondary (12th Standard/Intermediate) examination with Physics, Chemistry and Biology from Central Board of Secondary Education or any other examination recognized by Jamia Hamdard as equivalent thereto and secured at least 50% marks in the aggregate. Appeared in NEET 2018 (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) for MBBS conducted by CBSE.

It really depends on how the question paper was set. If you found the paper to be easy, then you surely have to get around 170+ in order to get a seat during the first interview itself. On an average, it has been observed to be more than 150-160+ for any chance into JIPMER (though it might differ according to reservations).
If you are trying to enter JIPMER then you have all my wishes. Also, don't lose hope. If you don't make it to the first cut-off! There are many students who still make it through in their second or third cut-off. JIPMER MBBS 2018 Cut Off - Qualifying Criteria

Let me tell you that B.Sc. Nursing admission is not done through NEET UG examination. Many colleges conduct their own exams. CBSE conducts NEET for admission across all medical colleges in India except AIIMS and JIPMER and it is for courses like MBBS, BVSC and nursing is not a part of it. Good luck.
