You have got a very good percentage. It is a hard choice to make as which subject to choose for M.Sc. Since there are many options available. You should first recognize your the strongest subject and in which you are interested more, and pursue the same.

Candidate must have passed 10+2 from recognized board
admission is based on merit system.
Non-MH general: 92%
MH Gen: 88 to 90 %
MH OBC (non-creamy) : 85% or little less.
MH SC/ST/NT: Can get as low as 50%.
Cutoff depends on each year 12th performance.
