In Mumbai, there is just one University which is Mumbai University. If you meant colleges, KJ Somaiya, SIES, Ruia and Xaviers are few of the good colleges for BSc CS.

No, you cannot pursue two regular degree simultaneously. You can pursue B.Sc Hons from private form Bihar. Hope this helps you better way. Best of luck.

There were several companies that had appeared when I was doing the course, I had attended several and got through the internship itself, also I had the option to choose a company, which I wanted to work with, faculty encourages you to attended and they make you prepare for it.
