Yes, you don't need any entrance score, but need to appear in state level counseling. Your class 12th marks are decent for getting government colleges.

You can. By graduating from basic sciences and taking chemistry subject as your specialty. By assuming that you are from India, I would suggest you to join plain B.Sc course. You can take PCBZ for first year and then drop physics in second year and drop botany and zoology in third year and by the end of the course. You'll be having B.Sc Degree in chemistry. After B.Sc, you should do M.Sc Chemistry and then you'll be able to do your career in the field of chemistry.
