Hi,
Application forms can be downloaded from the official university website or obtained in person from the university office. Candidates must have passed / appearing / appeared for 12th class examination or its equivalent with Science stream with 60% marks. Selection process is done on the basis of written test or past academic performance.

For admission in B.Sc in Biotechnology the eligibility criteria is to have 55% in your class 12 examination in a board recognised by Vidyapith.
Furthermore you should have opted for biology as a subject in your class 12.
There is no entrance exam for B.Sc in biotechnology.

It depends on the state and university, but yes, mostly, all the B.Sc admission are based on 12th results.
