The basic eligibility criteria for pursuing B.Sc. In Chemistry are listed here:

Yes, you can apply for the course. Admission is based on the marks obtained in qualifying exam. Selected list of admitted candidates would be displayed on the DU admission portal.
Admission is confirmed only if online admission fee is paid with in the stipulated time. One candidate can take admission only in one course in one college at any given time.

Eligibility:
Candidate must have passed +2 examination under 10+2 pattern from Maharashtra State Board of higher secondary education or equivalent examination with physics, chemistry, biology and English or passed Agriculture Polytechnic.
ADMISSION GUIDELINES:
Admission to all UG programmes shall be done on the basis of marks obtained in Common Entrance Test, conducted by MAHARASHTRA COUNCIL OF AGRICULTURAL EDUCATION AND RESEARCH (MCAER).
