Which computer course do you want to enroll in? If your computer course of 2-3 month duration or is it a 6 months course? If it is then it's fine but if it's a degree course then it's not possible. You can pursue two-degree courses at the same time only if the modes are different, i.e. one is from distance and other is from regular mode.

No, you don't need a gap certificate. In the application form, there is a column asking about the reason for the gap. You can write 'preparing for the entrance exam'.
