Hi Girisha,
Career options will be very low if you plan to apply for work after your B.Sc directly. Firstly they don't recognize a 3-year Bachelor's degree. Secondly, without work experience and additional value to your profile why will they hire you? If you want to study you can look for PG Diploma courses but you won't find too many options for PG Diploma in your subjects. You can alternatively check for professional courses in areas of your interest. You can check these and decide:

You should consult with your admission authorities whether they will let you sit for your backlogs. Once you have cleared your backlogs you can join your job without fear of backlash from your organization.
