No, you cannot get direct admission in 2nd semester of B.Sc. You have to start from 1st semester itself.

For this, you can do a Bachelor's degree or even Master's degree on film production and all. Look for colleges which provide you with editing and stuff.

Mostly, Admission in B Sc is via Board marks.
And, you must secure a minimum of 60% aggregate in all PCM subjects to get admission.
While for JEE minimum of 75% marks is required.

No, HNBGU does not have any reservation for government employees. However, the university has reservation for OBC/SC//ST students. You have to go through entrance examination and interview to take admission there.
