Hello Kalyan,
B.Tech in lateral entry is a process in which students who have studied Diploma after 10th or 12th and wish to study further can get admission in B.Tech college directly into the 2nd year because they had studied enough in their Diploma so that they didn't need 1st-year study.
But if you are a B.Sc graduate then you can't go for B.Tech lateral entry.

Hi Ritesh,
For better post-study work options and also better opportunities in your field of study, check Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Ireland, Netherlands and Spain. Which course you want to do is your choice, you can check the skilled occupation list of the countries and check the occupations in demand related to your field. This will also ensure that work opportunities are there after you graduate. Check university websites for the requirements, talk with them about career assistance and research yourself on these things. Good luck.

B.Sc (MPC) is a job oriented degree course, and you can go for job immediately after degree in Small and Medium size IT companies, if you have good computing skills. Unfortunately, Indian IT industry does not prefer such degree-holders for entry level Developer and Testers role. You may get junior computer support executive or developer or Application support jobs. If there are no personal conditions, you are advised to complete MCA/ M.Sc CS/IT before seeking a job in IT industry. MCA/ M.Sc CS/IT graduates are treated on par with B.Tech CS and B.Tech IT grads for Application development and Maintenance jobs.
