B.Sc elex. is not equivalent to B.Tech.
Pursue AMIE along with B.Sc elex.
Annamalai University offers the same B.Sc elex.

The syllabus will differ from subject to subject and also with colleges. You should know what to study and browse through college websites and check the same.

It's difficult to specify college names since they will announce their respective merit list and you will have to see where you are eligible. With 82%, it will be very competitive to get DU colleges however private colleges can be considered. You may check here for options:

The minimum academic eligibility criteria for B.Sc course is that the student should have cleared their class 12th with more than 55% marks to apply for the programme, so it is advisable that you apply for the course after you have cleared your class 12th exams. Regards.
