Such guidelines usually favour the candidates belonging to the socially or economically disadvantaged sections of the society or the state. Candidates with a state domicile may also be benefited by reservation policies. However, as of now, there is no official confirmation regarding the seat reservation policy followed by the college. Entrance examination is not mandatory for having the admission into the KSG College of Arts and Science to pursue B.Sc. Psychology.

To be eligible for the admission, the candidate must have passed Class 12 from a recognised board/council with a minimum of 50% marks (45% for SC/ST candidates). There is no necessity for students to appear for any national level or state level entrance examination; however students have to do well in their higher secondary examinations because competition is high for the admission. To determine more experienced requirements, the college admission office should be reached.
