The minimum cutoff score to qualify for admission into AIIMS for a BSc in nursing is 55 for General category, 45 - 50 for OBC category, 30 - 40 for SC/ST category.

Yes, you are eligible for the CSIR NET after a B.Sc. (honors)
CSIR NET Educational Qualification:
M.Sc, BE/B.Tech, Integrated BSMS BS-4 Years, B.Pharma MBBS or an Equivalent Degree. Candidates must have completed 10+2 education with at least 50% marks aggregate in 5 subjects out of which 4 subjects Physics Chemistry Mathematics English are mandatory subjects. So, yes you're eligible for mathematics hons if you had these subjects.

You can take admission in Apex university
Minimum 45% in 10+2 or its equivalent examination in any stream conducted by a recognised Board / University / Council. Passed in 10+2 or its equivalent examination in any stream conducted by a recognized Board / University /Council. Obtained at least 45% for General 42%for OBC & 40% for SC, ST.

B.Sc. Physics hons is an under-graduate, which is a 3 year course, This course requires the minimum eligibility criteria as the candidate must complete plus two examination in Science stream with a minimum of 50% marks secured in Chemistry subject in aggregate from a recognised board of the country. JEE Mains exam is not necessary for this course.
