YES, you can do MBA in Hospital Administration after completing B.Sc. In Operation Theatre and Anesthesia technology course. The Eligibility criteria for Postgraduate in Hospital Administration is as follows :
The minimum qualification for a postgraduate course in Hospital Administration is to have a Bachelor's degree in any discipline (including Science, Commerce, Arts, Law, Agriculture, MBBS etc. ). From a recognized university with a minimum aggregate percentile of 50%.

No, B.Sc. Graduates can not appear in the Institute of National Importance Combined Entrance Test (INI CET). Eligibility Criteria: to appear in INI CET 2023 exam are as follows: students should have Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery, or Bachelor of Dental Surgery degrees from a recognised institute. The minimum qualifying mark for General, OBC, and General-PWD is 55 percent while for SC, ST, SC-PWD, and ST-PWD, it is 50 percent. I hope this will help you.

A student from the commerce stream also has options to get into aviation courses, they can get into the Graduation and Certificate programme if they are inclined towards getting into the aviation sector only. If you are from a Commerce stream you are eligible to do the following courses: BBA in Aviation (UG programme). .
