Yes, the counselling fee is refundable for the BSc course at the IMU Chennai campus. Candidates whose names have not been published in any of IMU's admission lists will be entitled to a refund after the deducting of 10% of the counselling fee. The amount will be refunded to the account from which the payment is made.

Yes, IMU CET is compulsory to get admission into BSc courses at IMU Chennai. All six campuses of the Indian Maritime University (IMU) accept the scores of the IMU CET for admission to BSc. Thus, to get enrolled in this course, applicants are required to fill out the IMU CET application form and pay the application fee. Further, the university conducts a counseling process for admission confirmation.

No, direct admission is not available for BSc courses at IMU Chennai. To get admission, candidates must follow the whole admission procedure, which includes completion of eligibility criteria, appearing in the entrance exam, release of merit, document verification, seat confirmation, etc. Moreover, the provision of direct admission is not mentioned on the official website of the campus.

The registration for NCHMCT JEE 2025 was from December 16, 2024, to March 15, 2025. The admit card was tentatively available from April 14-27, 2025, with the exam held on April 27, 2025, and the answer key released on May 7, 2025. The final merit list was released on June 23, 2025.
