Regularly there is no direct admission for B.Sc. at MGMIBT. Eligible candidates must have completed their 10+2 physics, chemistry, and biology, with an overall score of not less than 50 percent (45 percent in case of reserver categories). Admission is done purely on the basis merit via a subject score from the 12th grade and an entrance test conducted by the Institute.
Management quota seats may provide a chance for direct admission with a higher fee, but the number is very limited and does not apply to everyone. Final-year students of 12th standard can apply provisionally subject to results.

BSc nursing entrance examinations will occur from April to June 2025. Under examination regulations for 2025, the KCET test dates to April 18-19 followed by NEET on May 2025's first Sunday then CUET runs throughout May 8 to June 1 . Andrews College BSc Nursing admission test along with other tests will be conducted on June 28, 2025. Symbiosis International (Deemed university) has seats reserved for students belonging to SC/ST/Differently Abled and other such categories. The percentage of reserved seat varies for each category. There are also reserved seats for Kashmiri migrants and International students. Moreover, there are a total of 606 seats for the BSc courses at SIU Pune. The total number of seats available for BSc at SIU Pune schools is 606. Candidates shall note that the seat intake varies for each course at each of the SIU institutes. Moreover, the seat allotment is done based on performance in the Symbiosis Entrance Test (SET) exam.
