At present, India is not having enough job opportunities for aeronautical engineers. On the other hand, opportunities for mechanical engineers are plentiful. In view of this, I would like to advise you to please go for mechanical engineering. Best wishes to you.

The applicant should be a Citizen of India.
Persons of Indian Origin (PIO) or Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) card holder can also apply for the program.
The applicant must belong to the Telangana and Andhra Pradesh state only.

You have actually stated something but have not proceeded to ask any query. Perhaps you desire the meaning of these terms? B.Tech or BE in Aeronautical engineering or Aerospace engineering is one and the same. B.Tech in avionics is the study of various airborne systems provided onboard which help it to fly. B.Tech aircraft maintenance engineering is misnomer. It's actually a three year B.Sc. Course in AME.

Once students have finished their studies, they can get jobs with companies of private, as well as public sectors equally. A few areas where they can get jobs comprise of:
Aviation industry, Civil Aviation Department, Defence Ministry, Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO), National Aeronautical Laboratory.
