I think, you should do aeronautical engineering from Guru Gram Institute of Aeronautical Engineering. As this is best of my knowledge and it is better in both options. So, you can go through this. You will get a good car and job opportunities after your degree.

The fees in all professional colleges in Maharashtra are fixed by a committee appointed by Govt Of Maharashtra. The fees here are about Rs.1L per annun. I am attaching a link that will give you all the required information about fees here even if it pertains to earlier years.

Qualification is 10+2 with minimum 75%, you need to qualify national or state level engineering entrance exams like JEE, BITSAT, MHTCET, VITEEE, etc. to get in a top B.Tech aeronautical engineering college.

B.Tech in aeronautical engineering grades have more scope in comparison to B.Sc grads in aviation sector. Aeronautical engineer have more opportunities for career growth.

It depends on the degree, you are going to pursue and also on the company you will be placed in. There is no particular amount that you will be getting. It also differs from company to company. It might also vary according to the post you will be working as.
