With 49% in PCM, you're not eligible for B.Tech CSE in most top colleges, as they require 50%+ in PCM. You may still get admission in some private or state universities that allow relaxation or consider overall percentage. Consider diploma-to-degree (lateral entry) or private deemed universities for better options.

An 83 percentile (INR 1.61.7 L rank) is far above MAIT's CSE closing rank (INR 38k–47,000). So admission in CSE is unlikely. You might explore evening sessions, IT or other branches, but for regular CSE, your current rank won't suffice. Consider alternate colleges or improving your rank for better chances.

With 79% in Class 12 and 227/1000 in CUET, admission to B.Tech CSE at Central University of Punjab is unlikely. The 2024 closing score for the general CSE was around 364, and even later rounds didn't dip below 296 . You may aim for lower-demand CSE branches in other central universities with lower cutoffs.
